Exchange and Return Policy
At Tricotee, we have a very dedicated team who ensure customer satisfaction giving you a high quality and experts for sizing before dispatch. In very scarce cases if our products don’t give you what you expected you can return it within 7 days of delivery. We have a very easy and hassle free return and exchange policy, based on the availability and preference we will either refund or replace for you upon receipt of the returned products.
Eligibility for return and exchange:
Return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original box packing within 15 days of delivery.
How do I return?
Step 1: Please make sure that the items that you would like to return meet our eligibility criteria.
Step 2: E-mail us at info@tricotee or call us at +91 8807945979 to initiate the return or exchange
Step 3: In the original packing please place the items to be returned with the original invoice.
Step 4: Ensure that all the sides of the box are sealed properly and keep it ready for our logistics partner to collect.
